1. Membership

Q: How do I register as a member?
A: Click the "Member Center" icon on the top right of the website and register using your email. You can also create an account during your first checkout.

Q: What if I forget my account or password?
A:
Forgot your account? Add our official LINE @manichiachia and provide your registered details.
Forgot your password? Go to Member Center > Forgot Password, enter your registered email, and you’ll receive a reset link via email.

Q: How can I check my store credit?
A: After logging in, go to Member Center > Store Credit to view available balance and expiration date.


2. Shopping

Q: Where do I enter a discount code?
A: On the checkout page, after selecting your payment and shipping methods, enter your code and click "Apply".

Q: How do I use my store credit?
A: On the checkout page, available store credit will be displayed. Enter the amount you'd like to apply toward your order.

Q: How do I know if my order was successfully placed?
A: A confirmation email will be sent to your registered address once your order is complete. You can also check Member Center > Order History.

Q: How can I check if my credit card payment went through?
A: Go to Member Center > Order Management to check your order and payment status.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: If you need to cancel your order, please contact customer service as soon as possible. We’ll help confirm the shipping status and proceed accordingly.

Q: Can I modify my order after it's placed?
A: To ensure timely delivery, orders cannot be modified once confirmed. If you need to change your phone number or shipping address, please contact customer service immediately.

Q: Can I change my pickup store or extend the pickup deadline for 7-Eleven orders?
A: Unfortunately, store changes and pickup deadline extensions are not supported. Please double-check your pickup store before placing an order. Unclaimed parcels will be returned and not resent; you will need to place a new order.


3. After-Sales Service

Q: How will I receive my refund?
A: Refunds will be issued back to the original credit card used for payment. Processing time may vary depending on your card provider’s billing cycle.

Q: Do I need to pay for return shipping?
A: One free return per order is available within the 7-day trial period. However, if your remaining order value falls below the free shipping threshold after the return, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Q: What should I do if I receive a defective item?
A: Please contact us via LINE @manichiachia within 7 days of receiving the order. Provide photos of the issue, your member account, order number, and contact number. Our team will assist you as soon as possible.
