RETURN & EXCHANGE

Return Process

  1. Go to "Member – Order Management" and apply for a return.

  2. Contact customer service to confirm return details.

  3. Ensure the product and packaging are intact, and pack the items properly.

  4. A logistics provider will collect the package from your designated address.

  5. The returned product will be inspected to ensure it meets return conditions.

  6. Refund will be processed accordingly.


Return & Exchange Policy

To protect your shopping rights, please read the following return policy carefully:

Return Service

・Each order is eligible for one return request within 7 days of receiving the parcel (including holidays).
Exchanges are not provided. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order.
・Items such as bras are considered intimate and personal hygiene products. Once sold, they are regarded as opened and non-returnable.
・The 7-day inspection period starts from the delivery date, regardless of who receives the package. Late returns will not be accepted.
・Please contact customer service as early as possible to avoid missing the return window.

Return Costs & Discount Adjustments

・Return shipping costs for international orders or overseas areas must be covered by the customer.
・If a return causes the total order amount to fall below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
・If a return causes the remaining item amount to fall below the discount threshold, the discount will be revoked and the price difference will be deducted.

Return Conditions

・Except for defective products, returned items must be in original condition, including packaging, tags, and accessories. Incomplete returns will not be accepted.
・The following are not considered defects and are within acceptable manufacturing variation:
 - Loose threads, uncut buttonholes, minor fraying
 - Slight stains or color variations
 - Fabric smell or slight dye marks
 - Size differences within ±1–2 cm

Non-Returnable Situations

・Items that have been opened, used, washed, or had tags removed
・Items damaged during trial (e.g., with makeup stains or fragrance)
・Customized or altered items (e.g., embroidery, cutting)
・Returns requested after the 7-day inspection period
Intimate apparel (e.g., underwear, accessories) is not eligible for return under Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act
・If personal items not sold by MANICHIACHIA are returned and the customer does not respond within one month of notification, the items will be deemed forfeited

Return Handling & Refund

・If the return does not meet our policy, we will notify you and return the item using cash on delivery (COD). If unclaimed within three months, the item will be considered abandoned.
・If the return is due to defects or shipping errors, please contact customer service within 7 days of receipt and provide:
 - Photos of the issue
 - Member account
 - Order number
 - Contact phone number
 Late or used/washed items will not be accepted.
・If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
