  5. Confirm order details

Important Shopping Guidelines

Orders cannot be modified after confirmation

Please double-check your order details, payment method, and shipping option before checkout. Once the order is placed, we are unable to make any changes, merge orders, or cancel the service.

Pre-order and in-stock item policy

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the shipment will be arranged based on the pre-order schedule. We recommend placing separate orders for in-stock and pre-order items to ensure faster delivery of available products.

Address & contact updates

If you need to revise your shipping address or contact number, please reach out to customer service before the order is shipped. Once the order enters the shipping process, changes cannot be made.

Use your real name

The recipient's name must match their official ID for successful delivery. If the parcel cannot be collected due to name mismatch, a re-shipping fee of NT$100 will be charged.

Inventory notice

Adding items to your shopping cart does not reserve stock. Inventory is secured based on successful payment time.

Unclaimed packages

If a parcel is not collected within 7 days after shipping, it will be returned to us as unclaimed. Accounts with three or more unclaimed packages will no longer be eligible for convenience store pickup service.

Order abuse & account restrictions

We reserve the right to suspend accounts or blacklist users who engage in excessive order cancellations, malicious returns, or violate our shopping policies.

Color variation disclaimer

Product colors may vary slightly due to differences in display devices. Please refer to the actual item for accuracy.

Out-of-stock handling

In rare cases where an item becomes unavailable or sold out after order confirmation, we will cancel the affected item and notify you via Email regarding the next steps.
